"Absolutely 5 star from check in to check out the first time. Being part of a flight crew, we came back a week later and a noticeable change compared to the first visit - lots of amenities in the room and the mini bar was kept stocked first go-around. Second visit, no bathroom amenities, tv guide wasn’t working, phone wasn’t charged, and the mini bar was never restocked. Somewhat torn on how to rate."

"Honeymoon from hell.... broken shower, broken hot tub, room service never got our order correct, app did not function properly, and staff kept coming in amd out of the room so i got no sleep. Beds were hard and very small. Husband and i ended up sleeping in separate beds on our honeymoon because they were so small. Air conditioning did not work in the kitchen/dining room/den area but weather was nice so we survived. Buffet was not open on the weekends."
