"At first glance everything seemed fine, but then I went to wash my hands in the kitchen sink, no soap, nothing to dry your hands with, then i went to sit on the sofa, and noticed the stains and no longer wanted to sit on it, later I went to take a shower and there was no hot water to even take a lukewarm shower with and that was the 1st day! Second day we went down to the pool and there were no towels, we ask the staff and he said because the holiday weekend was so busy there were no more towels...

"My wife and I had been wanting to try this hotel for quite some time. I paid extra for the larger room with ocean view, patio and an AC unit. The room itself was adequate. The ocean view from our room patio was beautiful. The screen door to the patio was broken and off track but a maintenance employee came and repaired it. The hotel has a bar but it was never staffed the whole time we were there. We wanted to buy some beer at the bar and take it to our room. The reception staff was NOT HELPFUL...
