"Quarto é realmente espetacular, cama deliciosa, quarto escuro e silencioso,! ! Banheiro muito bom! Limpeza adequada, funcionários gentis e exucados. Café da manhã muito bom mas não o melhor que já experimentei. Adendo ao restaurante: pratos caros para a quantifdade oferecida, menu muito reduzido sem opções mais simples para almoço e jantar de quem fica hospedado 1 semana"

"Our overall experience was unfortunately disappointing.
The positives: beautiful location, nice pool area, excellent natural surroundings and beach.
Language barrier: Very few staff members spoke English, which made communication unnecessarily difficult. We do not expect every staff member in Brazil to speak English, but at least the front desk.
Need of renovation: e.g., broken windows, shower fixture was completely rusted. Similar signs of wear and lack of maintenance were noticeable in...

"I don’t think the hotel can really be considered a 5‑star property. The staff is good, but the hotel needs maintenance, especially the air conditioning. Also, the bathroom cleaning needs improvement — there are areas with mold. In any case, the stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good, and the customer service and security are impeccable."
