Completely overpriced

We stayed at this hotel because it was part of Relais & Chateaux. It shouldn’t be. It’s a terrible experience, with rooms that haven’t be renovated in years, with service only in Portuguese and that seem to be there against their will. The food is a disaster. Even the breakfast is tasteless. The whole experience is a suite of disappointments.

Dias perfeitos no paraíso

Excelente estadia. O bangalô praia é muito espaçoso e confortável, limpeza impecável, fica a poucos passos da praia e próximo ao restaurante. A infraestrutura do hotel é excelente. Praia praticamente privativa e com ótimo atendimento dos garçons. Único ponto que poderia melhorar é o cardápio do restaurante, principalmente o jantar. Uma opção para quem ficar vários dias é ir com carro alugado e visitar outros restaurantes de Itacaré. No geral, é o lugar certo para quem quer descanso e aproveitar a praia com máximo conforto.

Serviço muito aquém do nível do hotel. Pouquíssima flexibilidade da recepção/demais funcionários para atender pleitos simples dos hóspedes e que fariam a estadia melhor. Demoras em arrumações de quarto, serviço de carro no transporte interno, erros nos pedidos dos restaurantes, comunicação falha (não avisaram que no domingo o café iria até mais tarde, não fizeram tour pelo hotel, não explicaram quais eram as melhores rotas internas ou atividades existentes), exigências descabidas (como ter de ir à recepção, no meio da tarde e em momento que estávamos na praia, para fazer o pagamento de uma noite adicional que havíamos contratado ao invés de esperar quando passássemos lá para o jantar ou de enviar link de pagamento). São só alguns exemplos de como um período que poderia ser de máximo relaxamento acaba sendo prejudicado por “bobagens” derivadas do mau serviço do hotel.

A estadia foi maravilhosa. Sugar lindo, aconchegante, mas confesso que esperava mais do serviço. Na praia os pedidos demoravam muito p chegar, quando não chegavam errados. Passamos o fds esperando uma bolinha de frescobol, não havia em lugar nenhum no hotel. São pequenos detalhes que para o padrão do hotel, normalmente não se tem esse tipo problema. No mais eh tudo lindo mesmo.

Hotel maravilhoso! Serviço impecável! As instalações são excepcionais e a praia linda! O spa é o ponto alto do hotel, massagens e paisagens incríveis! O restaurante é muito bom, café da manhã excelente mas para jantar o cardápio é bem enxuto e os preços são bem altos, comparando a preços de restaurantes de alto nivel em São Paulo. Ponto a melhorar: os drinks do bar de praia que achei fraco, esperava algo mais elaborado e com frutas frescas que quase não havia considerando estar na Bahia. Nos quartos bangalô também não há ventilador ou janelas, tem que ficar com o ar-condicionado 100% do tempo, o que me deixou doente pela mudança de temperatura constante entre fora e dentro. Mas o pontos fracos não afetaram a experiência que em geral foi maravilhosa e pretendemos voltar!
