"Our overall experience was unfortunately disappointing. The positives: beautiful location, nice pool area, excellent natural surroundings and beach. Language barrier: Very few staff members spoke English, which made communication unnecessarily difficult. We do not expect every staff member in Brazil to speak English, but at least the front desk. Need of renovation: e.g., broken windows, shower fixture was completely rusted. Similar signs of wear and lack of maintenance were noticeable in...

"Quarto amplo, porém não fizeram limpeza. O resort, esta linge de ser All Inclusive. O restaurante onde é servido as principais refeições, parece um campo de guerra. As comidas não são repostas e pouquíssimas opções. "

"The resort is not 5 stars. The rooms are nice, the rerritory isspacious, but layout is inconvenient, service is below average, and resort has numerous maintenence issues. The food is inconsistent. Coffee in main breakfast restaurant was terrible, kitchen was often smelling burnt food. Employees are disengaged and dont seem to care about doing a good job. It is definately overpriced. I wouldnt recommend staying there."

"The room was clean and very well keep. The staff were all very kind and always willing to facilitate you even with a language barrier. The breakfast has a great selection of Brazilian dishes. My only set back was the bar didn’t have much local beers I expected to find but the cocktails were great "

"We had a good ocean view. The breakfast was good. Location is pretty good too. Nice gym. The room is very basic, there is no even a second night stand , no closet, just several shelves, no table. Terrible lighting.The bed wasnt comfortable. I wouldnt stay again."

A equipe de funcionários muito atenciosos, o atendimento foi 100%, todos nos atenderam muito bem, especialmente a Fabiana que tornou nossa estadia mais especial que o esperado.
