"Great staff. OK food. Game room was not open. I've been to a lot better managed resorts but it wasnt bad. They tried at the shows, and they were good but I have seen more immursive at other resorts...they got boring quick. Pools and beach are great! Not a lot of merchants coming up to you. **get boogie board from the towel bar, dont rent on the beach. I would not go back but it's a solid 6/10 resort This resort maybe suited to older people more than people in their 30s"

"Nous allons au Marival depuis 8 ans pour l’Anniversaire de mon conjoint.Hier ce fut une grande déception.Les restos n’offrent plus la qualité et le service d’autrefois. Nourriture froide, serveur inexistant.Le buffet réduit de moitié avec un choix limité. Une seule personne pour faire le service de boisson autour de la piscine ce qui est irréaliste. Les chaises de la piscine ne sont pas entretenues convenablement. La chambre était propre et bien équipée,les chaises en bois sur le balcon n’étaient pas confortables. Maintenant ,l’arrivée se fait à midi,sinon il y a une charge de 350 pesos par adulte .La chambre est disponible pour 15 hr comme partout ailleurs.Le départ est pour 11 hrs ce qui me semble tôt comparé à d’autres hôtels.Si vous avez un vol en fin journée on vous autorise à profiter de l’endroit pour un autre 350 pesos. L’ensemble de l’endroit est ok sans plus, nous avons été très déçu car nous aimions beaucoup cet hôtel et l’avons recommandé à plusieurs reprises. Je me dois de spécifier que l’hôtel nous a permis l’entrée avant midi pour l’anniversaire de mon conjoint,mais nous ont mentionné que c’était seulement pour cette fois-ci."

"For being our first time bringing our kids it’s a perfect place price wise. Great place to get an actual chance to get in the pool as a family without the hassle and stress of overcrowding. Food and amenities for the price was great. Staff and room overall do highly recommend! Very safe surroundings overall yo adventure!"

"Check-In was a bit slow and the lady looked a bit disorganized. I guess my expectations are high but I thought the mastery of English would be a little better than it was considering it's a tourist town. We had quite a bit of trouble with our safe and also the door key. Response to our complaints was pretty good Now on the positive side. The hotel, rooms and grounds were very clean and the staff was very friendly. The 3 pools were very very nice and I saw them clean them everyday. Only one restaurant but it was good and on the ocean front. There is an Oxo store about a quarter of a block away. Great for picking up snacks, pop, alcohol, and just about anything you need. The beach had a few rocks but it was still nice. I would go back in a heartbeat. "

"It was the first time I was at a resort that you had to sign for everything with an all inclusive package it drove me nuts. I was constantly waiting for drinks so the paperwork would get printed out late in the evening. It was very difficult to get a drink or food unless you paid. Beac was beautiful thou "
