"Upon arrival they took about 15 mins just to check me in, when there were about 7 staff members standing behind the counters not helping anyone else. Once I was helped they rain a bell and said someone else will finish the check in to give me more information. That person was not available so they finished my check in without completely giving me all the information about the hotel. "We filtered Expedia for "All-Inclusive," but the hotel listed All-Inclusive and "Free Breakfast" rooms at the same price. We thought it was included, but arrived to a surprise fee of $140/person/night. The front desk said we were the 5th group that day with this Expedia issue. Expedia support spent 2 hours on the phone only to say they couldn't help.
