"My room has lots of mildew in the curtains, you had to have the AC blasted and not open the door or else the AC would drip condensate on the floor. The female staff and some male staff were not very friendly, one was quite aggressive. Maybe it’s the culture but as a female solo traveler it means a lot to feel welcome and I did not. "The property is stunning, beautiful. The beach is the most beautiful one I have ever seen. However food and drinks at this particular hotel are overpriced. Other properties located at the same beach had about $10 below for same drinks and same food. This hotel is definitely overpriced. Also worth noting, at Harbor island they include mandatory tip (18-20%), and a different kind of tax that is 10% on top of that, so the bill comes out much higher than expected. "I highly recommend staying at Sky Beach Club to anyone visiting Eleuthera in the future. The room was clean, communication was always clear, and the staff was friendly and responsive. All around a great place to stay! "

"I really wish it was a better experience. The rooms were not up to par. We had to switch rooms 2 times because of issues. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room the ac was broken. Third room didn’t even lock properly or have a working bathtub but we decided twice was enough and we would just take our chances. The front desk totally screwed up my reservation and charged me twice. I still have not been refunded but hopefully will in the near future. Otherwise Harold’s wonderful smile kept...
