"Our room smelled like mold as soon as you walked in, they were doing construction in the Room room above us till about 7 o'clock every night. Our TV did not work properly with the remote and it had a very snowy picture. The staff was excellent whatever you needed they came and brought you. Going down to the pool every morning though you didn't get a towel till at least 1 o'clock in the afternoon."

"The food some days better, some days worse. Room pillows needs replacement ASAP. Some staff needs better training on how to deal with customers. Buffet floor needs a none slippery surface, while I was there always humid and slippery. Lots of flies and birds at the main dining buffet room. Specialy annoying flies."
