"Overall the room and pool were good however when I booked the room I selected two bedroom with pool access . The photos showed pool infront of our room but when I checked in they didn’t give me pool access I did advise I called them and asked and they said if the Picture shows pool than it will be pool access Disappointed"

"the grounds of the resort are immaculate, the rooms, average at best. more time is spent on the grounds than anything else order food or drinks from the resort is absolutely terrible. one point was 2 hours waiting for 2 pizzas, other food orders, 1 hour or more. they are always sold-out of a item. ordering a drink will take 20 to 30 mi ites to recieve as they prefer doing other tasks then looking after customers. multiple times room service takes your towels, and nothing returned until 9pm or...

"The island is a complete escape from real life. It’s an older resort that shows the years of fun families have had there so don’t expect a flashy resort. "WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! It was one of the worst experiences I've had with hotels. No lie, we felt like someone was entering our room while we weren't there.
