"The staff are incredible. Sail went above and beyond to get me here and everyone is so welcoming. They remember names and where everyone is from. I don’t know how they do it but I have never met a more welcoming people than those in Fiji, especially here. They have snorkel gear, kayaks and paddle boards ready to be taken out at anytime. "The reception lady deserves a pay increase she went over and above to help me early in the morning. As my shuttle driver dd not show up. I waited for 2 hrs. "Our family (with two boys, ages 9 and 13) had an amazing stay at Nakelo Treasure Island Resort. The location is absolutely idyllic, with crystal-clear water, abundant marine life, and a relaxed atmosphere that made it feel like paradise. There were plenty of activities to keep our boys entertained, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
