"The location of this grand hotel cannot be beat and neither can their excellent service from the front desk team. Decor is classy and well kept. Staff is very attentive and if you have any issues they do their best to have it taken care of right away. Location is very convenient to everything g walking distance to town restaurants and drives are also pretty central to both ends of the island. Overall had a perfect stay and look forward to coming back!"

"Amazing place to stay in Furnas!!! After hours "exclusive" access to two main attractions on the island - thermal pool and botanical garden - is something no other place can compete with. In addition it is a beautiful, high-end artdeco hotel in immaculate condition and great staff. Great restaurants on premises, though places in town are great too - much cheaper and way more authentic."

"This was a 10/10! Beautiful, clean, serene property. Staff was so friendly and we got to know them all throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and was delicious!!! Momo restauarant was outstanding. Spa facilities can be used even without a spa appointment. There are only 21 rooms and each one is a piece of heaven."
