"No reception, no service, no communication, poor wifi, no hot water, no restaurant, no cafe, no bar. Totally misrepresented on Expedia. And the shower drain was plugged leaking water out on the floor! We left after one night even though we had booked for two."

"As a English speaking only traveler The staff was very easy to communicate with. We were allowed a slightly early check in which was helpful since we were pilgrims on the el Camino and had backpacks. They helped print shipping labels for our pack courier service and coordinated a taxi for our next stop since one of us could not continue the trek. Highly recommend staying here. "
