"Before you even arrive the staff are lovely and helpful. Check in was a breeze, greeted with a smile and an unexpected upgrade. Up to the 19th floor with magnificent views of the harbour. The room was spacious and welcoming. Usual minibar and coffee pods. WiFi worked fine and the TV had many stations to watch. There was a bath and separate rain/wall shower. The soap was Kiwi Seed and Lavender, and the body lotion was impeccable. The art work on the walls show cased real kiwi classics....

"I was charged again when I checked in, even though I had already paid through Expedia. The automatic check-in meant I couldn't get any help on-site and had to email you later. This made the whole process unnecessarily complicated for me. It may be convenient for your operations, but it was a terrible guest experience."

"Nice large room, clean and tidy. They provided us with a cot for our infant. Great location, 1 minute walk to sky city. 4 minute walk to harbour. Buffet breakfast had good selection. Only downside was price of parking $50p/n. Although probably worth it, as it was valet."

"The property location is convenient. Breakfast is good. I reserved a corner room expecting a nice view but found out it facing another high building, so I talked to the front desk lady and she changed for us a smaller room but facing the sky tower."
