"早朝フライトのために1泊しました。空港からホテルへの送迎は電話が必要なため、少しハードルが高いですが、Domestic 2person　のような形でも迎えにきてくれたので、現地で電話を使える人であればそこまで大変な思いはせずに空港送迎を利用できると思います。チェックインの際に、早朝の何時の送迎車に乗りたいか確認されます。バスの乗車人数を記録して采配しているわけではないので、同じ時間帯に乗りたい人がたくさんいると早い者勝ちで乗っていくことになり、待ち時間が発生します。少し余裕のある時間で送迎を楽しむのがよいと思います。 部屋自体は広く、バスタブがあったのが一番嬉しかったです。久しぶりに入浴でき、温まりました。アメニティもそろっていて、NZのホテルでは珍しくシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディソープの３点が備えつけられていました。お湯も問題なく、必要な備品がすべてそろっています。 快適なホテル滞在でして、次回も早朝時は利用したいと思っています。"

"The Room was large However poorly maintained the TV is old and will not allow streaming. The lobby is incredibly noisy and reverbarates up the center of the hotel through the walls of every room. There was a large conference. No breakfast included everything charged at a premium. Not a good value for money."

"Rooms were really nice. Good size. The lift was broken which would have been nice to have been told before arriving, although we were moved to a lower floor. The room keys didnt work when we arrived, but the staff sorted it out quickly and were amazing to deal with. The night lights in the room are quite bright and are unable to be turned off. Overall was happy with the service after a few hickups but would stay here again. "

"We had 1 one of those newly refurbished rooms. Contemporary decor and good color scheme. Loved those sensored night lights in both bedroom and bathroom. Curtains would draw automatically with just a tug. Very satisfied with stay this time as road construction was completed and also was given a refurbished room. Our 3rd stay at this property and we will be back."
