"Property is “grand”. Location is not tourist friendly. We needed to call down for a few customer service issues and each time staff never picked up. Pool area,( rooftop) needs to provide more shade! Umbrellas perhaps? "

"Nice and clean hotel, staff very attentive and helpful. Located in a bustling part of the city which was very convenient. Breakfast was good and had an amazing view of the acropolis. Would be nice if there was a little more variety for breakfast. Lots of choices but seemingly the same thing every day. "

"perfect location! We recently stayed for one night before our cruise and loved it so much we’re coming back for two more nights after. What truly stands out is the incredible staff. Their level of customer service is top-notch! While we were checking out and leaving some bags before heading to the port, there was a difficult situation with another (very unreasonable) guest at the front desk. The way the team handled it was truly impressive—professional, calm, and composed. I wish I remembered...

"Great location in the heart of Athens and walking distance from the Acropoli metro. The room set up was a little odd as there was a queen bed and 2 twins. There was no couch, and the small TV was not viewable from the queen bed. It seemed like they may have swapped out a couch from a twin bed. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It's not a romantic or luxury hotel but it is decent and reasonably priced."

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to store bags prior to check-in and also after check-out. Breakfast was very good and the view from the hotel was fabulous. Multiple restaurants and shops within a 2 minute walk; subway station less than 200 meters away. Would definitely stay there again. "

"The hotel was great, clean and efficiently designed. The shuttle service pick up and drivers was very good. The hotel staff and phone service for arranging the shuttles could improve their courtesy level, but overall a satisfactory experience."

"Fantastic location - very easy to walk to sights/ metro station. Breakfast really needs to be better…..everything we had was luke warm (even if we got there dead on breakfast beginning); watered down orange juice; the same small choices every day; very tight space in the buffet area when busy. Lovely croissants and great view from the terrace though!"

"The staff was excellent. They were very helpful and always friendly. The room was very nice, clean and roomy. Although the area has graffiti, not the hotel, we flet very safe. The location was perfect for our needs. Walkable to the sites, food and shopping. We recommend this hotel to other travelers."
