"The front doorman Alex was extremely helpful upon our arrival and departure. He helped us with directions and where to find what we needed in close proximity to the hotel. He is kind, very friendly and professional. The front desk staff was not very helpful, upon check-in, they could not provide information on when the room would be ready. There would other travelers lying around on the couches sleeping. We spoke to other guests and they also could not get any information from the front desk...

However the reason for the 4 stars is that it’s toilets are not equipped to take toilet paper and there is a big sign in the room bathroom saying that toilet paper should not be flushed into the toilet.
