"The Sanna Boutique Hotel is an oasis in the middle of hustling, bustling Arusha! Once inside, everything is wonderful and calm! The staff is outstanding, always smiling and helpful. They can answer any questions and get you a safe taxi, etc. The rooms are spotless , modern and beautiful. All you could ask for in amenities! The food is delicious and their service is exceptional. We basically ate all our meals there rather than try to find something else. Their menu should satisfy most people...

"This was a splurge reservation at the end of our ten days in Tanzania. What a treat that was-especially after struggling with Internet and other “missing” items at other properties. Everything about the Neptune property was first rate from the furnishings to the food to the convenience and the staff. Yes, the price point was higher than we normally spend but truly if you get what you pay for, the price seems justified. At Neptune we received what we paid for and then some!"

"Close to the Maasai Market so we could shop and send our merch home. We were within walking distance of the market and old clock tower. Staff was amazing and the food for bury breakfast and dinner was outstanding! "
