"This resort is strangely wonderful. I mean that in the best way. It is a fun resort and if you have very young kids you may not leave. The pool is clean and refreshing.The food is cooked fresh for every meal( so sometimes when you order 4 different styles it can take a little while) but western , Indian or Tanzanian was all really tasty. All the pictures on the internet are real. ( apart from Swiss Cottage I couldn’t find that one) Bar is huge , so is the restaurant. Staff are very kind and...

"Booked a two bedroom Presidential suite and front desk put us in one bedroom without telling us in advance they were overbooked. The room we were in had issues. When the GM stopped at our table at breakfast we informed him of issues. He went out of his way to rectify the situation and treated us to dinner and a ride to the spa. All staff very attentive and polite. Food was very good."

"lovely stay, staff were so friendly and helpful. we actually got stuck in our car around the park the morning of check out, we called the lodge and they sent some guys out to help us get unstuck, then let us shower even though check out had passed. also great food, wonderful service, excellent rooms and great views. can't recommend this place highly enough."
