"great services like I got during my stay. The check in was while sitting in a living room, they explain me all of the option for a day tour, the took care of my laundry after treking the Kilimanjaro. The lodge looks is wonderful, all is green beautifully plants, the room is wide, clean cacfully and really nice, the food is diverse and delicious. "No hot water for showering. I can understand if staying at a $5-$10 hostel but not for what this place charges. The staff offered to bring a bucket of hot water for cleaning up. Bed consisted of box spring, but no mattress. Not a comfortable nights sleep."
