"I like that the hotel is on the beach. Hospitality at the Tiki Bar however was not up to par. The attentiveness of the staff was not effective to making us feel welcomed abroad. I only mentioned this because the last day we were there we actually were snarled at for requesting to order food and drinks while they were checking their phone. "My stay at the Courtyard Marriott Aruba was an enjoyable and relaxing experience. The entire hotel staff was extremely friendly and kind. Everyone was readily helpful with answers to my questions as it was my first time to Aruba. My meals were delicious and drinks were poured right! The room was beautiful and comfortable. It had everything needed. Bonus for the shower and in room safe. I used the pool, laundry and exercise room and all were well kept also."

The resort is clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the customer service. The staff was professional but not always warm or welcoming.
