"Older hotel, but well located and easy access to Hot Springs shopping, museums, hikes, restaurants, etc... By being an older hotel, there were things that couldn't be helped regarding appearance, but the staff was superb which made the experience and stay an excellent one!!"

"This was obviously an older hotel, but it was very well maintained. The restaurant was good, and the staff was very helpful. There is not much parking available, but valet parking was just $20 per day, so that was convenient. It was located very close to the sites in town. I’m not sure the breakfast bar was worth an additional $15, but it was good. I enjoyed the stay."

"The hotel was great, the issue we had was the lack of info we received when booking through Expedia - just know the hotel does not have elevators (so if they have conventions etc going on & you find yourself on the 2nd floor requiring stairs - you won’t be able to find a ground floor room to switch to). We had my 87 yr old mom with us and stair wind her. Toilet in our room was low also with no hand rail - so be sure to ask for a room with everything you need ahead of time. The hotel...

"Very clean hotel! Seemed to be new! The front desk personnel were kind, helpful with our bags and ideas of places to eat! The breakfast was usual but we knew that and mostly want coffee and just a small bite. The location is about 8 mins from the main drag but on same road. We would stay again!"

"My wife and I rented a castle for our 20th anniversary. We got the anniversary package and vow renewal package. When we arrived there was cake, champagne, and two engraved champagne glasses for us. The vow renewal the following day was very nice, they have a little chappel on the property with a waterfall for pictures.
