"Our room was keep very clean and nice the whole time. Our maid on the 14th floor was so sweet and so meticulous about her job. We stay here 4 times a year and I will ask for her floor the next time! All of the staff are informational and willing to help anytime day or night!"

"When we arrived we were put in a room that was not a balcony nor was it a lake view the room was so filthy that walking from the bathroom to the bed it looked.like the floor was made of dirt i had to go myself and buy some cleaning supplies to clean the bathtub out the was mold on ever surface in the bathroom the bedding was so dirty it stuck like someone had sweated on it and never used deodorant we stayed one night but was. Charged for two I will never stay at a Wyndham property ever again it...

"The location is easy to get in and out off with everything Hot Springs has to offer in a drivable distance. The hot tub was a fantastic addition to the room and made it feel more luxurious. Only complaint was the mattress but have purchased a memory foam topper to travel with (not the first hotel we've needed it). Will definitely be staying here for many more weekend getaways!"

Only thing is lifting the wonderful weighted bed cover and seeing the natural cotton on the inside brown from rewashing. But overall such a wonderful experience. "The motel has a touch of character to it and was well maintained. The room was very nice and the microwave and refrigerator were essential for me. The lobby was very beautifully decorated. The gentleman at the desk was always helpful. I had no concerns at all while I stayed there. It’s just a short drive to Historic Eureka Springs."

"We came here for a small spontaneous trip. The room was comfortable, and clean. The TV didn’t work, and the shower water was cold. The tub is also extremely dangerous with how curved it is on the inside, but other than that it was great. The pool was well maintained, and parking was nice."
