"We chose a dog friendly room. Curtains/blinds good, mattresses ok bathroom another story. Faucet and handle hanging off wall. We pushed them in to turn on water and pull up handle to allow water to come out of shower head. Floor wasn’t cleaned, based on our socks. Employees including Larry not to blame. This room we paid for should’ve been remodeled. "

"Rawlins checked me in and was fun, kind and very courteous. Great property with VIEWS, pool, hot tub, free shuttle to uptown Sedona for eating and shopping. Larry the shuttle driver was great too! Highly recommend this well maintained property!"

"The property was clean but the rooms a little dirty not as clean as they were before. They need to put coffee and microwaves in the rooms especially for the senior and handicapped guest. Overall we had a good stay."

"Fabulous peaceful property with magnificent views of the Boynton red rocks. Most impressive was the happy attentive staff. My room needed updating. Old TV with, not smart or App run. Could rent an old movie for $35. Intermittent cell and WiFi service which I think was because I have T-Mobile. Each time I left a building I would lose WiFi and service. Maybe ATT had consistent coverage. Loved the grotto, dream class, yoga and myofacial stretch. Spa was just ok. Hikes from there were amazing."

"We really enjoyed our stay overall, especially the spa—it was truly the highlight of the resort. The treatments were excellent and made the experience feel relaxing and worthwhile. The food was also very good, and we had some nice meals during our time there. The property itself feels a bit older, though it’s clear it has been refreshed in some areas. "Walked through the door and felt like we were transported to a very cool 50's Rat Pack hotel. The vibe was luxury and chic. Pleanty of places to see and be seen as well as cozy hideaways. The grounds are exceptional. Flowers and greenery everywhere. Our room was 2 floors with a spectacular kitchen. Comfortable clean and top of the line. We're planning a return just to stay again The onsite Zuzu bar and restaurant was perfect. Excellent food and a excelent bar."

"I really enjoyed staying at this resort. It was peaceful and spacious. I stayed in a villa. I really liked how large the rooms were and the patio area was nice. I brought my dog so the patio was nice to take my dog outside. The rooms were very clean. Even with being pet friendly the rooms did not have any pet oder. The resort is older but is well maintained. The pool area was clean. I saw in reviews people said the walls were thin and they cough hear people next door. I was worried...
