The studio apartment is in pristine condition centrally located in a very walkable neighborhood. I can get a coffee breakfast grocery all within the block and it’s very safe. I’ll definitely stay here again if I come back.

Fantastic view from 42 floor with a balcony! Spacious, new, clean In the heart of the city, 2 blocks away from Colon Opera I could not see a nicer hotel in Buenos Aires, we walked a lot. Great personnel.

Whether you are on a business, family or solo trip, Top Rentals Downtown is located close to the main attractions of Buenos Aires, CABA. You are on a walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants, even if you arrive late at night. It is safe location since I was able to see some city police placed in some corners as a tourist location to bring some peace of mind. Try to get the studios that have city view, night

Great location and view, quiet and fairly clean. Was not aware of the “no turn down” policy for under 5 night stays… also key use from app was frustrating because it didn’t work well. I had to try it many times over and over and restarting phone to use it. Can’t complain much due to the price for the location and view. Friendly as well. Thanks

An excellent value option in the center of BA

This hotel is very well located right in the center, close to Florida Street and Palacio Guemes for good shopping, near some excellent restaurants, etc. I stayed here two nights and the room was large, extremely clean and very comfortable. There is a small but adequate gym in the first floor. Check in was smooth and the app allows for keyless entry without any issues. The room had a small kitchenette which was perfect for bringing takeout back to eat in. The bathroom was very clean. The room was very quiet. The view was nothing exciting but the huge windows let lots of light in. I'm really happy I stayed here and would definitely do so again. You get a great value for price at this accommodation.
