"I had a very disappointing experience at Hunter Hotel in Medellín. From the moment I checked in, things were off. First, they charged me 100,000 COP for “dirty sheets” — which makes no sense because sheets are meant to be washed anyway. It’s not like anything was damaged or excessively soiled. "The hotel itself is nice,I got in the hotel pretty late my flight was delayed I was supposed to get there at 9pm but I didn't arrive to the hotel until about 11:30pm they didn't give me any information when I came in. Had I not known before hand that they give you a card that has 10%, 20% and 30% off of certain restaurants in the neighborhood I wouldn't have gotten it. I asked about it the next day and I was given the card. They are doing construction for anybody thinking to stay here just note...

"Housekeeping threw away a shopping bag from my room that contained souvenirs and toys, claiming it was mistaken for trash. While staff were polite and showed me camera footage, they focused more on defending their coworkers than taking responsibility. I was also told this kind of issue doesn’t happen here—despite it clearly happening. The hotel only reimbursed about half the value of the lost items, which doesn’t feel fair. I understand mistakes can happen, but guests should be able to trust...

"Ubicado en zona de muchísima prostitucion , la concierge fue una excelente persona, muy atenta y servicial de nombre Jessica. Sin embargo una persona (mujer) que nos atendió en la recepción mató la atención que habíamos recibido , porque se portó de una manera muy brusca, no me gustó para nada su tono de hablar . El hotel muestra fotos lindas en expedía, pero la realidad si te decepciona , . A mi me gustan los buenos hospedajes , en este hotel definitivamente no vuelvo a quedarme ."
