"Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable, everything in good condition and well organized. The location is also convenient for getting around and exploring the area. As a downside, the staff was not very attentive or helpful, which affected the experience a bit. Also, the breakfast could have more variety. Still, it was an acceptable stay."

"I had a very disappointing experience at Hunter Hotel in Medellín. From the moment I checked in, things were off. First, they charged me 100,000 COP for “dirty sheets” — which makes no sense because sheets are meant to be washed anyway. It’s not like anything was damaged or excessively soiled. "My only query about this property would be its stated smoking policy of designated smoking areas. Off property was the realty…no way to dispose of smoking materials, no security, no seating, dark and unsafe. If a property is non-smoking that should be made clear in their amenities section"

"Housekeeping threw away a shopping bag from my room that contained souvenirs and toys, claiming it was mistaken for trash. While staff were polite and showed me camera footage, they focused more on defending their coworkers than taking responsibility. I was also told this kind of issue doesn’t happen here—despite it clearly happening. The hotel only reimbursed about half the value of the lost items, which doesn’t feel fair. I understand mistakes can happen, but guests should be able to trust...

Sin embargo una persona (mujer) que nos atendió en la recepción mató la atención que habíamos recibido , porque se portó de una manera muy brusca, no me gustó para nada su tono de hablar .
