I booked 5 rooms for family and friends and Alex provided good friendly service during my check-in. The room was available earlier, which was appreciated. Only one bottle of complimentary water was given, even though there were 2 persons in my room and only on the first day. The day/ lace curtains in my room could not close fully as it would appear that either the rollers are jammed or they were too short to overlap. It needs to be changed/ refreshed. Amazing newly refurbished hotel. Perfect location. Some breakfast menu are only available upon request (i.e scrambled egg, toast etc) for free of charge, therefore please look out for the menu on the table. I was disappointed as I had no idea about this menu on my first day as it wasn't on my table. Waitresses need better training to quickly refill the food, we had so many food unavailable when we came down at 10.15am. The housekeeping (which I was told, a hired private firm) is awful. Won't...

Good location👍. Breakfast buffet slightly limited in terms of varieties. Reception staff friendly & helpful. Overall excellent.
