"It was a bit tricky to get to the parking lot for the hotel. The Tru parking lot was accessed by driving through another hotel lot. Signage could help. Bed and room were comfortable. The motion sensor lights in the bathroom turned off while I was showering. Not a huge deal, but maybe a setting adjustment would help. Breakfast was the usual hotel type."

"Super close to all the Saugatuck/Douglas action, but outside of the busiest areas, so it was nice and peaceful! Room was clean and well kept. The decor could use a refresh maybe, but it was still in good shape. "

"Great stay, this was our first time in a motel in over 20 years. Rob’s service is amazing, he helped answer any of our questions and we had a great conversation! Our room was cozy and clean! We didn’t use the pool due to the weather but it looked nice and warm. Would definitely recommend a stay and would come back here again!"

"My family stayed there for two nights, and we were all impressed with the lobby, outdoor area, our room including a full-size fridge plus a well-equipped kitchen, as well as new EVERYTHING. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The only thing our room lacked was a dish rack for hand washing dishes + sponge (dish soap was provided). "When we drove up, we had concerns about staying at the property. The exterior, including the parking lot is dated and needs freshening up. Once we entered the property, the lobby and breakfast area were new and showed well. Again, the hallways and elevator need to be freshened up. When we entered our room, we were pleasantly surprised. You could smell the cleaning supplies, a comfortable bed, a clean and adequate bathroom, with pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower....
