"Overall we had a positive experience staying here. The reason for not giving 5 stars was one of cleaning staff stole $100 from our room. We had momentarily left our room and did not think that in the short time we were downstairs, that cleaning services would be performed. We still had our personal belongings out and money was on the table. When we returned, we found that a $100 bill was missing. Management investigated their staff but found that no one supposedly had the money. Other than that...

"Our stay at Marriott was exceptional and beyond amazing ! We loved the spa and hammam we also were surprised by the service especially the jacuzzi, they managed to put flowers all over the floor, it was so thoughtful and cute. We loved it over all. "

"I sent 2 emails and called the hotel once to arrange a pick up at the airport. I was not picked up and at 1:30 AM got ripped off by the only taxi at the airport. If one is English speaking only, this hotel is not for you. English is poorly spoken and poorly understood. We ate lunch at their restaurant, being the only ones there. It took 55 minutes for my wife to get a bowl of soup. Menu selection was poor. We had no hot water for our first shower. We had only one bath towel for 2 people. To...

"The room was clean but the shower was hard to manage.Also, there is no water heater or cups for making coffee or tea . The only thing that i liked the most was the staff ,they were super nice ."

"Hotel and rooms were very good. Just a couple of additions are needed. Hairdryer in the room(our phone was dead so couldn't ring for one). A kettle to boil water for an early cup of tea or coffee would be appreciated. There was a lack of information in the room and on the website about facilities e.g. Spa was closed apparently we were out of season it would have been good to have this information. Overall a pleasant 3 nights lovely staff and complex. "

"lac of services the room was dirty staff was bad you can hear every one talkin from another room like setting with you people smoking outside your room in the hallway and you become a second hand smoker very over rated in price and value stay away from it not going there even for half price I found an apartment for half price."

"Novotel in Constantine was generally very clean with very helpful staff. The one thing that bothered us the most is that the sink drains did not seem to employ a P-Trap and let sewer smells come in through the drain. The experience of using the sink (washing faces, brushing teeth etc..) was quite unpleasant."
