Great for business travel

I started approx 2 weeks. Overall very good and friendly . Food was ok in restaurant. Breakfast was not well organised and not easy getting a coffee. The Friday and Sat buffets for lunch and dinner were amazing. Next door to large GardenCity Mall walking safe area.

This is my third stay here and this is the first time that I am disappointed. Housekeeping does a good job. Kudos to Fatma! She is very polite, courteous, and does an impeccable job. The rest of the staff is globally kind but very confused. You have to wait for a long time to get an answer and when you do, it is unhelpful.

Bon séjour. J’aime bien cet hôtel mais j’ai du réclamé car il n’y avait ni poubelle de salle de bain ni serviette pour les mains. Pas de petit déjeuner au bar si on ne prend pas le buffet. Le service est bien mais certains employés ne sont pas professionnels. L’un des réceptionnistes m’a bousculé sans même s’excuser.

Ottimo hotel in buona posizione

Struttura nuova in un quartiere tranquillo, per cui molto silenzioso e ideale per cui deve far collinare esigenze lavorative con un po’ di relax; personale cordiale e disponibile alle necessità. Colazione con ottima scelta e ristorante con una buona scelta di menu anche se durante il soggiorno era previsto il solo buffet, con ampia scelta comunque, forse un po’ caro ma considerando il livello della struttura, ci sta. Per chi ne avesse necessità, un bel centro commerciale a due passi.

They tried to kick us out because of an organized government event, they wanted to cancel our reservation so they can give our room to the event’s staff. So unprofessional of them. Bom mas a melhorar

Os quartos são bons. Precisa de melhorias a nível de serviço e restauração. Check-in e check-ou muito lentos, bar do hotel sem menu e serviço amador. Pequeno-almoço também podia ser melhor, assim como limpeza no restaurante.
