"Very clean and tidy throughout. We had a lovely room with a terrace. The staff could not have been more helpful. We will definitely stay there again when in Burgos.
There is a large secure garage which accommodates European family saloons. Note you must draw up to the hotel and unload. Park in the garage and return up the hill via the stairs. But for us it was 5 star"

"The rooms were clean. Lo ee the large soft bath towels. When we checked in we were not told breakfast would be late on Friday due.to a holiday. The gentlemen who checked us out in the morning was awesome he got us a couple crescents from.the breakfast area knowing we were not able get our breakfast we paid for. He also brought our bag out to our car"

"Check-in was a little clunky, but the telephone (whatsapp) help number was covered by a very friendly, competent, and helpful lady, who let us check into our room 3 hours early."

"Chambre et SDB très propres , refait à neuf . Coin cuisine sympa au RDC pour le petit déjeuner . Parking gratuit à proximité . Le seul bémol 1 seul WC dans la SDB pour 5 . Compliqué le matin ."
