"Only 1 pool, it’s tiny ! The gym is the size of a hotel room, also tiny The beach isn’t a beach, it’s all rocks lol The hotel restaurant has horrible service but the food was good. Problem is that it took an hour to come out. No kids play areas, no arcade, parks etc. This is a adult resort, not kid friendly"

"Bed and towels reeked of laundry soap and the hotel management told me it was so I would know they were clean. You may like sleeping with your head on a box of Tide or whatever soap they use, however I ended up using my backpack as a pillow as the management was very proud their linens were not rinsed properly and safely. Next time I will just stay else where and pay day use fee for pool ocean access"

"We made the horrible mistake of forgetting our passport at the hotel and thankfully the staff quickly recovered it from the room and headed off to a trusted taxi company ( nova taxi) which then delivered to the airport in time for departure. Thank you Sol Tropikal staff"
