"Bed bugs. Piles of trash in the hallways. Checked out at midnight when we found bed bugs on our bed."

"Parking was a little tight a few nights, but still available. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was consistently very good and very well prepared. The staff taking care of the breakfast room did an excellent job keeping things maintained. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the pool was so cold, we couldn't stay in the water."

"Room was clean, but little too hot, had to open window to cool the room. Bed was also little too hard for me, but was great for my husband. Breakfast was good, it had eggs, meat, potatoes, and also waffle maker for fresh waffles. It would have been great if they had decaf coffe, as only regular coffee was brewed for breakfast."

"The restaurant was closed. They rarely answered the phone this morning as I walked out when I told him it was the office most awful place I had ever stayed and I was only there to have surgery. I did receive a verbal f*** you from the woman at the front desk. There should’ve been a warning if the restaurant was closed I was there for pre-surgery care there’s no television like basic cable ability to watch anything two tiny trash cans, like two tiny towels no room cleanliness apparently to ask...

"There were hairs on the bathroom counter, and there was food left in the refrigerator. Also, duvet on comforter was dirty. As well as comforter."

"Staff is mostly non existent and Ice machines didn’t work. It’s way hot in there just open windows. Take paper plates if u wanna get their frozen pizzas but loved this place will recommend and staying again. Just bring ice and next time ima stay in historic wing "

"The hotel, room, and staff are all excellent. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and will stay here again if I’m in the area. The only reason I put 4/5 is because we were on the road side of the hotel and the street noise was a bit loud. Next time I would just request to be on the parking lot side of the hotel."

"The room is very nice and spacious, but the TV was not watchable (very bad streaming, on every channel) and at noon time there was no hot water to shower, you would have to wait until later in the afternoon. As to the property, the convenience store/coffee shop was closed for renovation the entire time we were there, and the only open restaurant post-breakfast had no creamer for the coffee. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it was supposed to have these amenities, we did not...

"Lovely quiet spot. We went in late March so fewer things to do in the area but that isn’t related to the hotel. Roses cafe next door is great. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend. "
