"Booked an ocean view room. Be aware that means they can still put you in the building second from the shore, rather than oceanfront, and call it “ocean view” because you can see a strip of ocean over the barrier fence. No beach view and no view of the lawn/cliffs like pictures on the site. I felt this was a big rip off and I would not have paid what I did had I known they could do this."

"Lovely location right at the end. Very helpful staff. Hot tub right on the beach. Delicious restaurant. Great parking. The only downside was the size of the room and the bed was small. I still give 5 stars."

"I'm pretty sure this place represents itself as a 4- or 5-star property, but it felt tired and a little worn (like an older ski resort). The grounds of the property were excellent, and the pool would have been nice to use, but was completely full in the evening. We had a reservation, but had no idea if that mattered? The little cafe where we got our coffee (which was good) served us the most inedible oatmeal we've had in years."
