"If any emergency happens dont expect any refund and if you book within 30 days of travel automatically disqualifies you for a refund. I had a family emergency had to leave sooner and although I expressed the situation and I didn't utilize all my days there I was charged fully which I think isn't ok. Also any changes to the hotel even if its a day they take your money"
