"The staff here is absolutely fantastic! Even though our trip started a bit bumpy, they totally turned it around and made us feel so welcome and at home. Their hospitality was beyond amazing, and they were super accommodating to everything we needed. We're definitely coming back when we're in the La Fortuna area! "The property is extremely dated! We had lizard in our room. The outdoor view is beautiful, but beds are not as comfortable and there is no air conditioning. Breakfast was amazing! We only stayed for a night and that was okay. I wouldn’t have been able to stay here more than that. The grounds are beautiful, however the property most definitely needs an upgrade!"

"Our stay at Arenal Kioro suites was one of my favorite travel experiences of all time. The grounds were so beautiful we could have been happy never leaving the property. "This is our second stay at this hotel. We appreciate the kid-friendly activities, such as visiting the onsite farm and vegetable garden. We love the hot springs and enjoy walking around the hotel, which features a large variety of plants and small animals. During our visit, it was the rainy season, making it difficult to keep our clothes dry. It would be beneficial if the hotel could provide a drying machine for guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel."
