"This resort was amazing. The hotel staff were so friendly, we loved all of the pools, loved the spa and restaurants. The view of the volcano was amazing from our room. We celebrated our 25th anniversary here and it could not have been better. They upgraded our room and gave us a bottle of wine. The massage I had here was the best I’ve ever had. I would definitely stay here again!"

"I appreciate the staff holding our reservations as we experienced flight delays due to inclement weather. Security checked us in after hours very quickly and had keys ready to escort us to our rooms. Very clean, really good door seals to keep humidity out and efficient AC. THANK YOU!"

"Everything was amazing at The Hideaway, from
the beautiful room to the absolutely breathtaking property and the wonderful staff. We had such a memorable experience here we will never forget. We did the night walk and saw birds, snakes and red eyed frogs! The food was amazing for dinner at each restaurant, and the breakfast was incredible. Don’t hesitate to book here, you will be lucky to enjoy this wonderful environment. "
