"Absolutely amazing resort and stay. The staff are so attentive to your needs and beyond friendly. The grounds were beautiful and everything was clean. The resort’s attention to detail is impressive. I would 100% recommend this resort. It’s going to be hard to find another resort like this one - it just set the bar extremely high."

"The hotel was nice enough and we enjoyed walking the trails to the waterfall. However, I would NOT recommend this hotel, particularly the Villa Prima Mountain View suite. We were kept awake by multiple dogs barking nearby for several hours and spoke to the front desk about the problem twice before being given a different room to sleep in. "omg this place is a paradise!! its such a small resort (like 30 rooms) however, it has like 8 pools, most of them thermal springs, the rooms are absolutely beautiful and the bathrooms are so spacious and clean! luxury and the staff is soooo nice! the breakast food was delicious!! 7 am breakfast everyday. we had dinner there once (not included in price) and that too was delicious. I honestly will book again, because i felt like i was in paradise!!"
