"They only have one functioning elevator. After staying a day we found a note stating the water was being turned off in the morning for maintenance until with no expectation on when the water would be restored, and housekeeping left my hotel room propped open for who knows how long. I will not be back."

"The AC didn't keep the room cool. There were stains on the carpet. We were suppose d to have an ocean front room, we got street view and they wouldn't work with us because we used a third party (Expedia) make reservations. We also had to pay for our parking, $15 that we didn't know about."

"The hallways weren't cleaned and practically every trash can was always full. I had to ask for new can liners just to throw away my breakfast plate. All the cans also have debris on and around the trash throughout the hotel. I really enjoyed our stay, however cleanliness is a changer for me."

"The room was clean but small. No dresser and not a lot of space in bathroom for toiletries. Our shower faucet leaked at the wall so the bath mat was soaked every time we showered. Fresh towels were supplied daily. Air conditioner needed repairs. It cooled fine but fan was noisy. Pool was nice but very few towels were put out for guests to use daily, maybe 4 to 5 from what I could tell. An outdoor grill is by the pool. Management should consider putting a couple more in and fixing the pergola...

"This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at! I loved the complimentary towels! They also had a walkway nearly all the way to the water, which is so helpful for someone with back problems! Speaking of back problems, hotel mattresses are usually terrible for my back, but these were excellent! Highly recommend this hotel!"
