"Floor in bathroom was nasty, room smelled stale, heating unit was broken (it worked but the actual outside was broken)"

The breakfast was good and had a variety of options, including a waffle maker. The next time we’re in town, we’ll definitely stay there again"

"The hotel was clean.The staff was friendly. I would give the hotel a 5, I would give housekeeping a 1. The first morning they gave us clean towels.Took the dirty ones and emptied both trash cans. Did not make the bed. The second morning they took our dirty towels, but didn't leave us new towels. Emptied the trash. Didn't make the bed. The third morning they left our dirty, towels and left a stack of clean towels on the bathroom sink. Empty the trash but didn't put new bags in the cans. They never made the bed and they never gave us refills on coffee, coffee cups or the the setups. Okay, none of that is really important to us a nd I would stay here again."
