"Room had a musty smell. Tv was on when we entered room. Found out why cause the volume button did not work so you couldn't turn tv down. Decided to unplug it for awhile but when we tried to turn it back on no luck. Was without tv for the rest of stay. When we unplug tv microwave and other things cut off. There was a power strip behind cabinet that the tv was above that several things were plugged into to and it kinda smelled hot. There were 2 or 3 outlets that did not work so i guess that...

"I understand not all rooms will have a beach view. I didn't notice or possibly overlooked a way to specify "beach view" or not when placing the reservation. We had a view to the east, of the neighboring hotel. The hallway on the 6th floor was always way chillier than necessary for this time of year. The elevator(s) are excruciatingly slow. "I visited Orange Beach for the first time for my birthday. Everything was easily accessible and the hotel was right on the beach. Checking in went smoothly and the staff are very friendly! Only bad thing was that the parking is actually $15 per night and not $10 a night. When I entered my hotel room, it was super cleaned and had sweet treats.
