When you come out of the airport at arrivals Terminal 3, there are options, you can take the shuttle bus one level up at departures, which comes every half hour.
I didn't want to wait so I asked an English speaking driver outside arrivals to take me to Novotel airport, that I know it is 3 minute drive and that I will pay 10usd, because I like to be generous in Egypt; their currency is devalued and my tips are helping. I then also tipped the driver a few usd, he was playing nice relaxing music.
For the way back to the airport, I took the shuttle bus back from the hotel, it is every 30min on the hour, very easy and nice to tip a few usd when dropped off at the airport."
