"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"Ignore the bad reviews! I came to this place and it felt like I was in heaven surrounded by angels. The resort is such a beautiful sight in person, everyone is so kind always ready and willing to guide and help in any way that they can. "The haram view is superb, the day manager I think his name was zayd - gave services beyond expected. Very friendly staff, rooms are clean and spacious - highly recommended. We shifted to another hotel near by and can find big difference in quality of services."
