Thank u nora for everything and every step u did for us definitely will be coming again and i really recommend this place for families especially families with kids and also i want to mention sara for the best accommodation and customer service , i dont want to forget about chef kamal he was amazing and the food was very very delicious with a plenty of food variety . "We checked in at 3.30pm We checked out at 12. They wouldnt allow check out later. And they cut our all inclusive bands. The manager bushra seems nice but is very stingy l, she said we are only allowed to access facilities until 3pm. Nothing else after this time, so was she expexting us to sit on the street with 2 kids! Very frustrating. At check in we also waited half hour for someone to.show us our room. Staff at food areas are amazing, kids club and the entertainment is great. Not happy with the manager "
