"Hotel Maria Isabel in Ataco was such a cute, cozy family-owned stay. The hotel was small, peaceful, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. Our room and bathroom were both very clean, which we really appreciated. There was no AC and unfortunately the fan in our room didn’t work, so we had to keep the windows open at night. "We found this hotel to be a bit unusual. It has a contemporary feel from the outside architecture, but the decor is not. Our room was on the third floor. There is no elevator. There are stairs to the second floor, then there is a metal spiral staircase to the third floor. The hotel staff helped carry our bags. Our room was a good size. The window did not look outside, but rather to the sitting room between the spiral staircase and our room. Breakfast was not prepared on site. We could have it...
