"Accueil désagréable par une vieille dame malpolie qui ne faisait que répéter que le check-in est à 15h. Oui, ok mais je ne venais que déposer ma valise. Je me suis sentie agressée. La chambre est Ok mais l’établissement est vieillot, notamment la partie des bains.

"The breakfast was great and onsen experience was good. We booked a room for four, but only provided robes and towels for three. The front desk was not happy using Google Translate and mocked the fact we did not speak Japanese. "
