"Everything was excellent, staff were very attentive and helpful. Place was easy to get to. The restaurant was amazing. My girls enjoyed the pool very much. The spa was wonderful. Everything was top notch. We were a family of five and rented the family suite. We all slept very comfortable. I will definitely come back."

"Lot of restrictions. Poor information provided by receptionist. Aqua parc was good for the kids other than nit much going on. No alcohol at the aqua parc. As parent you to walk all the way to the main bar to get a drink and you can't take it to the parc. Entertainment below average. Food is average. The worst part is the AC in thr room. Barely blow air and it was hot outside 34 degrees c. Cash deposit for the towels unheard of. Over all below average for all inclusive."

"On it's own away from the outside area, this is an excellent property. The beach can be accessed by others but that is not an issue and the beach traders are not intrusive. Shopping, dining, leasure and activities all catered for on site but trips out can also be organised from within the complex. But the the thing that makes this place are the staff, from the gardening team to head chef, each and every one was courteous, helpful and happy. Well done staff you make this place."

The lower staff members are friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, the upper management was unresponsive to customer needs, which was disappointing. "Property is a hidden gem. Originally when I booked, this was adult only however it changed to family right before i arrived. I didnt like that but i will say it was big enough that the kids who were there weren’t a nuisance. Staff exceptional! Thanks to them all!!"
