"We booked and the outdoor pool was closed. No mention of any recompense at all. Extremely disappointed and had to pay to get a day pass to another hotel due to the fact it was 42 degrees. The hotel is absolutely stunning but not worth 500 pound with no pool."

"Rixos Seagate Premium Hotel is a very big hotel. There are many swimming pools, none of them are overcrowded. There are shuttle TukTuk buses in between pools, bars and restaurants taking just 2-3 minutes in-between places. This hotel is all inclusive- food was very good, one of the restaurants’ works until 2am and there is always variety of food at any time.
