"Hotel idéal pour les familles. All inclusive vraiment top. Des buffets divers . C'est pas gastro mais il y en a pour tous les goûts. Cocktail avec et sans alcool. Le parc aquatique est géant et très sécurisé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec notre petit fils. Il a trouvé que c'était ses meilleures vacances. Vraiment je conseille. Hotel haut de gamme au Maroc."

"There are no irons provided in any of the rooms, due to ‘health & safety’. Asking for the iron service has to be done as a request and takes hours. Only one iron in the whole of the hotel. Apart from that hotel was good, Hajar extending our check out time."

"On it's own away from the outside area, this is an excellent property. The beach can be accessed by others but that is not an issue and the beach traders are not intrusive. Shopping, dining, leasure and activities all catered for on site but trips out can also be organised from within the complex. But the the thing that makes this place are the staff, from the gardening team to head chef, each and every one was courteous, helpful and happy. Well done staff you make this place."

"Honestly the worst experience of my life, what a waste of money. I wish i went to another resort. Alot of the staff a rude, you ask for something, you will need a lot of patience as the dont bring it to you, the Customer service in this resort is the worst in the world."

The lower staff members are friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, the upper management was unresponsive to customer needs, which was disappointing. "Property is a hidden gem. Originally when I booked, this was adult only however it changed to family right before i arrived. I didnt like that but i will say it was big enough that the kids who were there weren’t a nuisance. Staff exceptional! Thanks to them all!!"
