"Beautiful property, but service doesn’t match the price Rixos Premium Alamein is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, a stunning beach, and plenty of activities for families. The property itself is impressive, and most rooms appear to have sea views. Unfortunately, I can only give it 3 out of 5 stars because the service does not match the premium price. The hotel seems overwhelmed when it’s fully booked. The front desk and concierge staff need better training, as they often seemed unsure...
