"I do not recommend purchasing the “half board” or all inclusive (if available). While breakfast was good, dinners lacked choices and were bland. We were there for three nights and regretted paying ahead for dinner as there are so many better options outside the hotel. The location is excellent and the beds were comfortable."

"Absolutely horrendous place to stay. The whole place is so filthy and disgusting. My husband got salmonella during our stay there and we were provided with zero support. The reception staff ( most of them) are so rude and unhelpful. The pools were so dirty as well. Stay away from this place!!"

"Sunset views were amazing. My room was great and housekeeping staff were awesome, help me decorate for my hubby bday, got us champagne and a cake. The gym was ok, some machines did not work or broken. The massage therapist was not so good, we booked couples massage and it wasnt worth it. I loved everything about the resort except entertainment nights were boring, dj could play better music (excluding Riu party) and the buffet was my nightmare. "When I was booking the hotel I was reading the reviews, a lot commented on it wasn't clean and not good food etc. The hotel although being a bit older than some of the hotels we have stayed in in hurghada, (and that's a quite lot as we lived here 15 years) I have to say it's one of the cleanest hotels we have been in Inc the beach toilets etc, All swimming pools clean, rooms were very clean. The food was excellent, tasty with plenty of choice, and most of the staff were very helpful....
