"Most of the staff was not friendly. The massage I got was rushed and then the massage therapist left, turned the lights off without a word. I had to fumble in the dark to turn the lights back on. The AC in the room was barely working. There were ants all over the one side of the room. The food and service at the pool bar were horrible. We literally had to get up to get a menu, to order and to let them know we were finished. I booked transportation to the airport with the hotel and they told me...

"We had a short break of 3 nights at this hotel. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the cleaners did a good job of cleaning the room daily. The only downfall with the room is that there was no kettle and if needed you’d have to pay a charge for each night which I’ve never had done before. The staff were overall very friendly and helpful but upon check in I feel they could have done a better job of explaining certain things about the hotel as most hotels...

"Hotel is not the newest but is reasonably maintained and kept clean. The location with sandy access to the sea and coral reefs just offshore is superb. Sunbeds were never a problem. Unlike many similar hotels the food is actually very hot from the Bain Marie’s - there are also hot plate, BBQ and Pasta freshly cooked stations giving a great selection of food to choose from; as common to Egyptian hotels the fruit selection is limited, but there is plenty of what there is. Four speciality...
