4. Sheraton Batumi Hotel
Sheraton Batumi HotelOld Boulevard
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (293 reviews)
"I liked the hotel in general, good location, relatively new, good facilities and good breakfast.
The problem was the staff that in general didn't help as expected when the toilet was leaking, the metal towel hangers were broken and other issues such as early check-in request that went unanswered completely.
A pretty good hotel that could be better in terms of service and maintenance."
