"Everything was honestly perfect. The Ac worked great, the service from the people was amazing, the level of the room combined with its location was honestly top level. The only thing is that when they cleaned the room they didn't change the sheets, just fixed them. Honestly and truly one of the best hotels I've been to. "

Just make sure when you check in not to fall into their manipulation of you can upgrade your room - I went to see the room that they wanted me to upgrade to, and it wasn't as good as the one that I originally ordered (so I didn't upgrade). However, they were nice and gave me credits to use in the hotel services/restaurants which was really nice. I didn't like the fact that there is always a cigarette smell coming from the casino. "These apartment hotels are ideal for a family. The staff is very friendly, and the places are sparkling clean with some appliances for preparing a simple dish. We had an ocean view room which was beautiful. The location is very close to Batumi Mall. The only downside was that, even though the place was designed for four people, we had to request an extra rolling bed because the sofa bed was too small for two adults.
